Sunday, June 2, 2013 - Popped poured at Rob Morrisons. Beguiling nose; spice wood earth extraordinary violet perfume, complex and evolving. First taste after 5 mins a little tight but 10 mins later opened up wonderfully. Within 1/2 hour hit its stride and incredibly deep and complex. Best Burgundy I've ever had. Stunning.
