Friday, April 1, 2011 - Opened to air for 7 hours. Too soon to drink in my opinion. A little disjointed but everything is there. Really like that there is no over oaking in this bottle. Tannins really rough right now. Wait a year or more for next bottle. This is going to be very good.....
