Friday, August 31, 2012 - 2 hour decant. Ruby red but translucent. Subtle nose of spice, melon and light red licorice. Stronger cherry flavor emerges on the fresh silky palate. Nice balance. Medium finish. Overall very nice Chianti with an emphasis on fresh fruit flavor palate.
