Friday, January 4, 2013 - Aerated with Vinturi and decanted for 1.5 hours. Aromas of cherry, raspberry, spice and vanilla. Tart red fruit, spice and fine tannins lead to a medium to long finish. Medium bodied. Smooth and elegant. Drinking very well. Paired well with baked spaghetti.
