Friday, February 1, 2013 - Drank with meat sauce and pasta. Vinturied into decanter for 30-45 minutes. Classic Chianti, driven by the rock solid mouthfeel, acidity, and tannic structure, fruit is somewhat in the background. Tannins are smooth and finish nicely. Definitely a food wine. Looking forward to the other 3 bottles.
