Tuesday, December 26, 2023 - Bought recently. Medium straw golden colour, light perlage. Yellow fruit, red apple, almond paste, nuts, brioche, and some smoke, with good acidity, creamy mousse, and impressive persistence. Opened up slowly. Still (too) young. I usually do not decant champagne, but this time it would have helped. I suggest to hold for another three years at least.
