It tasted of toasted almonds, yeast, mineral, pears and green apples. It seemed like there was an ever slight aroma and taste of honeysuckle as well. The bubbles were very fine and plentiful. This Champagne is good now, but time in the cellar will be very rewarding. I would drink this between 2012 and 2027+. Excellent bubbly!
