Sunday, June 26, 2011 - Fresh appley fruit character on the nose complimented by a huge minerality reminiscent to Chablis. Lemon zest and bisquity autolysis action.
Dry and mineral feel with a rather etheral mid-palate. Strong vibrant moussé reveals an endless ending showing some bitterness, pure chalky minerality and elegant toast character.
Very good already and filled with promise. Bought a glass in a restaurant and really can't say when I'd open a bottle of my own. Not in the near future anyway.
