Tuesday, January 22, 2013 - A bit of toasty oak on the nose. Some floral aromas, but otherwise a very Chablis-like nose, with a bit of chalkiness and a little hit of stewed apples. On the palate, there is a tone of apple pie (baked with an almond-flour crust) complemented with light bosc pear flavours. Very pretty, if a tad demure; like the girl next door in the checkered light blue dress. Let her grow up before making a move.
