Tuesday, December 20, 2016 - Light yellow with small vigorous beads and good mousse. Initially tight that over time reveals a mix of golden delicious and granny smith apples, fresh cut flowers and orange citrus oils. Palate is pure magic- sweet, honeyed ripe greenish-yellow fruits framed with excellent acidity, that comes across as dense & spherical but with great grip and verve. Long, long perfumed finish laden with minerals. Excellent.
