Tuesday, February 14, 2017 - My first bottle in 6 years.
The lovely struck match reduction is no more.
Initially quite reticent, green apple, mineralite.
After 4 hours open really gets going, elderflower, sea shore, biscuits, passion fruit.
Still incredibly young, the length is really something else, goes on and on.
My main bugbear is that you pop the cork, but it really takes several hours to open up.
