Monday, July 17, 2017 - Interesting spearmint note on the nose. Vigorous initial mousse softens quickly in the mouth. Crisp, fresh and nicely balanced with a hint of black treacle on the palate giving it a slightly bitter finish. Started to broaden a bit with air but still very tight.
