Saturday, May 2, 2020 - Golden colour in the glass. Tight bubbles. Struck match on the nose after opening. Powerful with length to taste, acidity but so long on the palate. Savoury, I saw Jancis had used ginger the tasting notes. Drinking well now, but this could go another 5-10. Amazing what LVMH can make at an industrial scale.
