Saturday, April 9, 2011 - On the nose, this showed cherry and cranberry, with floral undergrowth, baking bread and cinnamon. On the palate, I found juicy ripe cherries, holiday spices, and chalky minerals on a pretty, feminine frame. The finish is long with sour red fruits and the only place where this wine’s 15% alcohol shows through.
