Friday, July 24, 2015 - Chateauneuf du Pape (Bronte, Sydney): good deep red colour. Rich developed nose, hint of honey. Hints of coffee, tar and licorice, with rich red berry. Quite a developed taste but still with a core of sweet fruit, very enjoyable. Soft finish but still with good tannins.
