Wednesday, July 8, 2020 - Consistent with the bottle of ~ 7 weeks ago, with the exception that this (served double-blind) was a bit more fresh and elegant. I got back to this after it had been open a few hours, and it seemed like it had hit a wall, so to speak, and was done developing in the glass. Tertiary but not to the point the fruit is dried out, etc. That said, absolutely drink soon for maximum freshness. recommended
