Tuesday, January 12, 2016 - Much better on day 2 but still not fully coming around. Nice silky texture with notes of kalamata olives, leather, barnyard, and meaty black fruit. At this stage the nose is better that the taste (though is quite bretty). Mid section and finish are short. Not sure more time will really change much but you never know.
