Sunday, May 21, 2017 - PnP last night so going from memory. Tart, almost sour, at first, but opened up in 10-15 minutes. Not quite opaque ruby color. Medium plus body. Enjoyed through the evening. Still has life so adjusted my drinking window to 2019. Only a magnum left.
