Friday, January 31, 2014 - Purple-hued ruby. Spicy, new oak, white pepper, dark berries, leather, roasted coffee, sweet up front with a robust somewhat drying mid-palate, turning just a bit chewy before lingering for a medium to long finish. Decant or wait a few years. Lots of structure here.
