Saturday, December 2, 2017 - Chevalier Dec Bordeaux Round Table. Served against 1983 Ch Margaux, both beautiful, yet this offered up much more nuance and better integration. Perfectly balanced and matured, offering up layers of spices and flavors. Amazing showing today. While mature, hard to see this fading anytime soon. A legendary wine.
