Monday, July 27, 2015 - Decanted for an hour and a half in the cellar. Paired with a slightly smoked tri tip and Shishito peppers, really amazing! Cedar and spice on the nose and then softened to ripe dark fruits and leather. Drank nicely throughout the evening.
