Sunday, August 25, 2013 - Grenache gives this wine a bit more bite at this tasting. A great Rhone style as others have said. Earthy and fruit flavors still ahone. Took over 3-4 hours to open up and the alcohol still tasted a bit hot. I recommend drinking the wine on the cooler side for a red.
