Monday, October 24, 2016 - Alluring nose of burnt caramel and wood. Mouthfilling to start with with lots of promise. Founders at mid palate and and fizzles out at the finish. Ironically it all came together when I poured this last thimbleful!
I will decant the next bottle, let it breath and see what's happens.
