Monday, February 27, 2012 - Very youthful, initially closed, but opened up quickly. Very clean flavors. Appearance was light and has a lighter than expected body. My wife who tasted blind guessed it a feminine Burgundy. Fresh cherry fruit with a light violet touch and floral notes. Drink now or in the next 5 years. Not bad for a Monday evening! A great way to start the week.
