Community Tasting Note

Sunday, December 15, 2019 - Much better cork. Definitely taste the heat of the vintage, but this is still a very nice wine. On the.nose: black cherry liqueur, dried herbs, roasted olives, black raspberry. On the palate, good acidity, a medicinal note, black raspberry, cassis...soft tannin, some heat and a medicinal herbal bitterness. Good, but roasted.

Day 2: Good, but hides its heat less well today. Too roasted/hot now.
