Monday, February 7, 2022 - This wine is nuts!!!! Push the drink by date out another 5 years easy. I found this guy on a shelf in a wine shop so if you have these stored properly these have another 10 years. However, this is ready to go if you want more primary aromas.

Beautiful watery rim. Core is gorgeous. Medium ruby. The nose pulls you right in. A little smoke, a little pomegranate and lots of spice. I'm getting some soft earthy notes too. It's so perfumed. Medium plus acid and medium tannin. It's slightly glossy but never across the line into that new world hybrid style.
