Monday, October 23, 2023 - This is still fantastic, 8 years or so after my prior bottle. Definitely showing some age, a bit of bricking, but no oxidation or other signs of being past prime. Mature tertiary aromas of jalapeno and spices and red fruit. Long savoury finish. Excellent stuff.
