strawberry, elderberry, hay barn, oak, dusty, a little hammy, with some smoke element
Finish:hard aged cheese, long flavorful finish
Yum! Too bad my brother in law dropped a bottle on the full decanter and smashed it all over the desk. This tasting note is a product of our efforts to gather and strain the remnants that were pooled in the broken fragments.
Well worth $30 a bottle.
