Wednesday, May 23, 2007 - It has taken awhile to coax the flavors out of it, but I stand by my first impression of this wine. After an initial shyness on both the nose and palate, it has slowly developed a nice cherry flavor in the mouth, with some tell-tale Graves positive traits. My impressions are almost identical the second time around: Not a real exciting wine, but definite quality here, elegant with a nice finish. Definitely a buy at $26, I'm enthusiastically buying another case. I'm not getting excessive oak, Patrick. Rating: 90 points.
