Friday, April 22, 2011 - Needs 30-45 minutes of decanting minimum. Opens very tight and bitter - fruit starts to come out after 15 minutes. Bitterness continues to dissipate and tannins lighten too. If you can get at discount / special, a nice merlot to enjoy on a cooler spring night.
