Wednesday, March 21, 2012 - A light golden straw color. Apples, pears, flint, peach pit, white pepper, lemon zest, and a floral note on the very mellow and relaxing nose. Light body and tart, juicy acidity. A big initial hit of white fruit and then citrus and minerality take over. Nice length on the mouthwatering finish. The perfect wine for dinner on the deck on a hot day.
