Sunday, May 13, 2012 - Much like my last note. Strawberry soda, raspberry, grapefruit, citric acid on the nose. Strawberry and grapefruit rind on the palate. Plush in texture from the sugar, but the acidity and bitterness keep the sweetness in check. 88-89
