Monday, April 1, 2024 - Beauty & the Beast rolled into one wine. Elegant, smooth, luscious yet bursting at the seams with complexity and flavor. Full bodied, with a smokey, violet and blueberry bouquet. Ever changing palate of dark cherry, plum, blackberry, olive, soy, graphite, meat juice, licorice, black tea, menthol, herbs and more. Super long finish. How does he do it? Perfect now and should be for at least another 5-8 years. Bravo.
