Thursday, January 22, 2015 - Battle of the '07 CA Syrah's: Jonata vs. Saxum Booker. Decanted both, drank over 2 hours. Jonata was slightly sweeter with red fruits - cherries, raspberries. Saxum had the darker berries. Not too much showing at first, but they opened up nicely. Both dense & delicious; need long decant or hold.
