Monday, August 24, 2015 - Notes from day 2, after a pop & pour on day 1 (no notes taken). Big, dark fruit, black pepper, and a meaty, savory side, finishing with some lovely sweetness: Chocolate! Love the Rulo Syrah's...each vintage I try is just as good or better than the previous.
