Thursday, December 10, 2020 - Dep cherry red, light rim.
Black and red fruits, cherry pip zest, very lightly earthy.
Black cherry, and cherry stone sour zest, slightly coarse tannins, plenty of acidity. Some nice aged complexity of figs, undergrowth, damson sweetness. Dark edged, fruitsweet, very Otago, tasty stuff.
