Saturday, May 7, 2011 - This was an absolute joy to drink. Well balanced, deep breadth of flavors from cherry, cassis, mushroom, a bit of mint and fresh loam. It was fresh, vibrant and overall very enjoyable. It will obviously age well but it is very hard to resist.
