Monday, August 12, 2013 - From a magnum, this wine really evolved over the evening. On the nose there was fresh green apple, citrus, mango, salinity, crushed seashells, and white flowers. On the palate, this has a vibrant acidity that is characteristically Chablis, but it does not overwhelm the layered flavors of limestone and minerality, green apple, mango, and apricot with silky viscosity that was really plush and refreshing on a hot evening. A very elegant effort.
