Tuesday, March 9, 2021 - Mocha nose with hints of cherries poking through. Warmth of a worn leather chair. Sharp lead in with a bright, layered middle of mild cherry fruit, sweet/bitter/herbal tobacco smoke or garam masala, and a base of umami earthy mushrooms that just supports. Good sharp fruit acid on the finish but not the longest.
