Wednesday, September 3, 2008 - Definitely some time left in this bottle, though drinking well now. Better on Day 2 for sure, so make sure to decant. The word that comes to mind is rich. Silky and rich, with chocolate, dark black fruit, a complex palate. Long finish, plenty of tannic structure. Some sediment. Good stuff.
