Tuesday, July 7, 2015 - Typical pale yellow Prosecco color. Nose: Nice fresh fruit. Not the typical apple but pear. But rather a pear candy than the real fruit. Mouth: The pear aroma is definitively there but there is an additional fruity flavor like small yellow plums. Excellent fruity and fresh sparkler that lacks perhaps a bit of refinement but is very enjoyable. 11% alc.
