Tuesday, February 26, 2013 - Joh.Jos. Prüm Wehlener Sonnenuhr vertical (Szeged, Hungary (at the"club")): Citrus, grapefruit, peach, green aple, grape-juice, honey, slatey minerality. Classic mosel profile. Light body, bite-able flavours with sligly less coulours, but more honey character than the previous. Pure, transparent texture, yet structurally dense midpalate. Good acidity, good balance, though a bit calmer, with less vibrancy and revolution than the above.
