Friday, February 12, 2021 - Opened about 2h before consumption, may be even 2h decanting is helpful. Just 12,5% Alc., deep cherry red with violett reflexes, cloudy. A fine subtle buffered Syrah bouquet. On the palate soft mouthfeel, good balance, very subtle spicy aromas, subtle fruit of cherry and (sweet) raspberry, complex and multilayered, lots of hidden depth, cool and at the same time with a radiating warmth, fine and subtle good length at the finish.

Not a blockbuster but a quiet, elegant and even concentrated wine you have to listen to in order to experience its class.
