Opened during Rosh Hashanah evening. Full body, deep purple color. Start with exciting black fruits, herbal and black pepper but continues with sustained plum aroma. Dominant black currants and dewberry palate and lingering spicy and velvety finish, Rich and complex, still juicy, bold, texture, well balanced, lovely currants acidity and completely integrated tannins. Food friendly, best match is lamb or veal ribs and grilled vegetables. Serve 18º - 22º. Open about one hour in advance. Post mature, drink now.
