Fugu Me Likes this wine:

Saturday, May 8, 2021 - Decanted one hour prior to serving, consumed over two nights. Night one I found this to be slightly dominated by grippy tannins, but plenty of herbal round goodness to keep me happy. On night two, the tannins had receded and come into balance with the rest of the wine, making it absolutely beautiful. There are many years of life left for those lucky enough to have more. Alas, this was my only bottle of this vintage.
