Thursday, January 14, 2010 - Base neck fill. Decanted and served. Clear light-medium mahogany-ruby. Mature bouquet of pine forest, leather, bloody roast beef, stewed rhubarb and tomato. Light, smooth, refined on the palate. Should have used this for cooking, and the cheap supermarket wine for drinking, instead of the other way around.
