Friday, March 18, 2011 - Interestingly, this bottle was more closed than the previous two. Still chocolate, dark berries and cassis but everything seems to be dialed down. The palate is also muted a bit but the good thing is the mid palate is now in the same area as the rest of the mouthfull. Time to let these sit for a while.
