Friday, January 2, 2015 - Decanted and drank over several hours. Dark maroon in color. Somewhat muted nose, even after decanting, but notes of tart, chocolate-covered red fruits. Features very nicely on the palate: tart but dark red fruits, some bitter chocolate, medium tannins that linger but fade pleasantly. A big cab, but well made and well-balanced.
