Thursday, June 4, 2015 - Pretty straightforward juice here. It's clean, with decent purity to the fruit, but it lacks charm and complexity. A pedestrian St.-Em, but I'll take that over a spoofulated one any day. Very easy drinking, restrained but in no way austere or thin or drying. The type of stuff you would kill for if you're (stuck at) at a work conference and the hotel poured its regular open-bar juice. Drink now or in the next 5 years. 13,5% abv
