Saturday, May 20, 2023 - Fully resolved, sweet fruit remaining with a fine tannin line. Acid holding it really well. Great with steak, which countered the berry sweetness. Cassis, a toach of tobacco. Long finish. Altogether a very nicely aged cab sav.
